We reimagined the exterior of the condo to transform it from an outdated and visually unappealing structure into a clean, coastal, and sophisticated design.

The introduction of shiplap siding and board-and-batten detailing establishes a timeless texture and rhythm, while refined trim and molding add depth and a sense of craftsmanship. New asphalt roof tiles complement the material palette and contribute to a cohesive, polished appearance.

Careful attention to proportion—particularly in the alignment and scaling of windows, doors, and facade elements—brings balance and harmony to the composition. The rearticulated roofline plays a central role in the design, introducing intentional variation and movement that engages with the openings below. This dynamic roof expression elevates the front facade, replacing the original uninspired form with a more architecturally compelling and cohesive identity.
